ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dt.04.07.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22325 of 2018. 2.
The writ petition was disposed of directing respondent No.1 therein to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in his representation dt.28.05.2018 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise has produced a copy of the order dt.10.06.2019 passed by the respondent rejecting the request of the petitioner as ventilated in his representation dt.28.05.2018.

Since decision is made and order dt.10.06.2019 has already been communicated to the petitioner, it cannot be said that the respondent has violated the order passed by this Court deliberately and willfully warranting initiation of contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy
challenging the said proceedings dt.10.06.2019. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
