THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 8695 of 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, the petitioner complains the inaction on the part of respondent No.2-Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation in taking action pursuant to the notice, dated 23.02.2019, issued to respondent No.3.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that pursuant to the above said notice, respondent No.3 submitted his explanation, which in turn shall be considered and necessary action would be taken in accordance with law.

Inasmuch as steps have already been initiated and as it would take some time for respondent No.2 to complete the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to conclude the proceedings, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
