The Court made the following: ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR Criminal Petition No.2694 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P C' seeking to quash the order dated 14.11.2017 passed in Crl'M.P. No.2515 of 2017 in CC No.187 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhadrachalam, wherein the petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.2 to 4.

Today, the matter is listed under the caption ,infructuous matters' and when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, based on the e-courts case status report, would submit that after full_fledged trial, the case was disposed of by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhadrachalam, through judgment dated, 24.O2.2020 wherein the matter has resulted in conviction of the accused and as such, the present quash petition filed does not need any further consideration by this court, as the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 are entitled to avail remedy of appeal against the said conviction.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, no further orders need be passed in the present criminal petition.

Accordingly, the criminal petition IS closed. However, the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 are at liberty to file a petition seeking to reopen the matter, in the event the said CC has not been disposed ol by the trial Court as noted above.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
