HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY W.P.No.7719 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"..... to issue Writ of Mandamus, order or orders, direction or directions declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent, in harassing and calling the Petitioners to appear before him for settling the civil disputes, which the Petitioners are no way concerned with, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent not to harass the Petitioners by calling the Petitioner to appear before him and harassing them for settling the civil disputes, which the Petitioners are no way concerned."

`At the hearing, Mr. Arun Kumar Doddla, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that in view of disposal of Writ Petition No.10469 of 2017, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed as not pressed.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
