HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER W.P. No.19094 of 2017 ORDER : (ORAL) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Pursuant to the order dated 14.6.2017, passed by this court, respondents 1 and 2 are present and state that the order dated 29.3.2016, passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.5808 of 2014, has been complied with vide proceedings No.A2/316/2008, dated 5.7.2017, issued by the 1st respondent.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, we hereby made clear that if the petitioner is still aggrieved with the proceedings of the 1st respondent, noted above, he is at liberty to challenge the same at the appropriate forum. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
