HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.7175 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in issuing Notice No.B/814/2017, dated 08.01.2018, for deciding the title of the land purchased by the petitioner through sale deed document No.1190/2017, dated 27.03.2017, and not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of lands in Survey Nos.170/A1, 171/A1, 172/A1, 156/A 2/1, 158/A2, 157/A and 154/A1, totally admeasuring Ac.17.33 gts., situated at Khammampalli village, Munipalli Mandal, Sanga Reddy District.

In view of the order already passed in W.P.No.5307 of 2018, dated 05.03.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
