THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6775 of 2010 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.50 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chandurthi Police Station, Karimnagar District.

At the time of arguments, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer filed charge sheet in the said matter before the concerned Court on 31.05.2010.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is dismissed. However, dismissal of the present petition does not preclude the petitioners to file a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the charge sheet, if they so choose. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand dismissed. _________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
