THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Contempt Case No.588 of 2019 ORDER:- This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dt.30.11.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.41475 of 2018 whereunder this Court had directed the respondents to consider promoting the petitioner as Professor.

In pursuance to the said direction, an order has been passed on 25.04.2019 by the 1st respondent.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to question the same, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Contempt Case shall stand dismissed.
