Learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing the matter for sometime, does not press the writ prayer and submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to file an appeal before the 2nd respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The statement is placed on record.
The petitioners are given liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 31.05.2017 before the 2nd respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The appeal if filed, as permitted by this order, the 2nd respondent is directed to hear the appeal and dispose of the same on merits. The petitioners are also given liberty to file an application for interim prayer as well and if such a request is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of within two weeks from the date of filing application.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
