No.2743 of 2019 to protect the Petitioner's interests and to contest the pending litigation in NCLT, Chandigarh, NCLAT, New Delhi and Honble Supreme Court of India. ORDER

This application is filed seeking to relax condition No'4 imposed by this Court in the order dated 20,11.2O19 in I'A.No.3 of 2019. Vide order dated 12,07.2O19 this Court granted anticipatory bail on imposition of certain conditions. The condition No.4 is as follows: The petitioner/ accused shall appear before the Station House officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad District on every altemative day between 7O.OO AM and 6.00 PM till completion of the investigation.

Thereafter, the petitioner herein has filed LA.No.3 of 2019 seeking relaxation of the said condition.

Vide order dated 20.11.2019, this Court modified the said condition as follows:

The petitioner/ accused shall appear before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad District, on first Sunday of every month between 7O.OO A,M, and 6.00 P.M. till completion of i nvestigation, Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the order of this Court since last one year and there is no allegation of violation of any of the conditions imposed by this Cou rt.

On instructions, learned Public Prosecutor, would submit that the Police have not completed the investigation and that there is no allegation against the petitioner with regard to the violation of any of the conditions imposed by this Court, Considering the above, this application is allowed relaxing the condition No.4 imposed by this Court vide order dated 12,07.2019, which is modified vide order dated 20.11.2019 is relaxed. However, it is made clear that other conditions imposed in the order remain unaltered, The petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer by appearing before him as and when his presence is required.
