HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.3205 OF 2017 ORDER:
Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.265 of 2006 of Women Police Station, South Zone, Hyderabad, but the Investigating Officer, in fact, filed charge sheet, and the same was returned for certain clarifications. He would also submit that in the delay condonation petition filed by the Investigating Agency, while resubmitting the charge sheet, notices were issued to the petitioners and the petitioners attended the Court. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Petition with liberty to file a petition to quash the proceedings in the charge sheet.
2. Permission is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners are at liberty to quash the proceedings in the charge sheet.
4. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
