HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1596 OF 2015 ORDER:

On hearing learned counsel for petitioner at the stage of admission, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation in the FIR, it is not a fit case to grant quashment of proceedings that too when investigation is in progress. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/A1 that even if the entire allegations in FIR are taken into consideration, they would project only a civil liability and not a criminal offence, the Police of N.T.P.C Police Station, Karimnagar District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/A1 during the course of investigation. Petitioner/A1 is directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
