This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, alleging willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.38867 of 2013 dated 29.6.2015.

Responding to the notice issued by this Court, a counter affidavit deposed by the Executive Engineer (R&B) Division, Siddipet, Medak district-2nd respondent herein is filed stating that the respondents made full and final payment on different dates through cheques and the petitioner also acknowledged the same. In order to demonstrate the same, receipts are enclosed to the counter. 3.

In view of the above, this contempt case is closed and the Respondents stand discharged. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
