THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.8186 OF 2010 ORDER:

Smt.Bobba Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent filed a letter dated 04.12.2018 stating that the subjectmatter of the writ petition has become infructuous in view of common orders passed in W.P.No.24536 of 2008 and batch, dated 15.12.2015. However, Mr.Ram Singh, learned counsel representing the counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that despite his best efforts, he is unable to ascertain the same.

In view of the letter dated 04.12.2018, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, in any event, if the cause of action still survives, the petitioner is at liberty to take steps to reopen the matter. No costs.
