This Company Application is filed by Rain Cements Limited (Transferee Company) for a direction to appoint a Chairperson to convene the meeting of the equity shareholders of the transferee company for considering the scheme of arrangement between the Rain Cements Limited-transferee company and Moonglow Company Business Inc.-Transferor Company.

This Court by order, dated 12.11.2015, has appointed Chairperson for holding the meeting as referred to above. The Chairperson has filed report dated 20.01.2016 before this Court. The reports are accordingly taken on record and the Company Application stands disposed of.
