THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2134 of 2014 in WRIT PETITION No.28436 of 2008 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.28436 of 2008, dated 20.12.2013. Now the learned Government Pleader produced a copy of the Memo No.36745/EX II(2)/2014, dated 12.01.2015, according permission to the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, A.P., Hyderabad to refund the excess licence fee collected from the petitioner.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
