It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in W.P.No.661 of 2015 and batch vide common order, dated 22.06.2016, and this writ petition is also squarely covered by the said common order and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the common order, dated 22.06.2016, passed in W.P.No.661 of 2015 and batch.
