Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication as the suit in O.S.No.225 of 2011 on the file of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad was disposed of on 29.06.2015 and hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
