THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7370 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice issued by the fourth respondent on 17.02.2018 asking the family members of the petitioner to attend his office on 24.02.2018 for considering the request of the fifth respondent for mutation of her name. The writ petitioner is the eldest son of the fifth respondent. In the said notice, it was also stated that the petitioner already objected to the same by submitting representation on 13.10.2017. The petitioner also appears to have filed another petition on 06.02.2018 objecting for mutation. The present Writ Petition is filed apprehending passing of an order by the fourth respondent without considering the objections filed by the petitioner on the application filed by the fifth respondent for mutating her name in respect of land in Survey Nos.27, 55/A, 267, 268, 269, 277, 309/A in an extent of Ac.0.34 guntas, Ac.1.06 guntas, Acs.3.31 guntas, Acs.3.22 guntas, Ac.0.29 guntas, Acs.2.15 guntas and Ac.1.00 situated at Venkatraopet Village, Metpally Mandal, Jagtial District.

Since the elder son of the fifth respondent, who is the petitioner herein, already raised objections, if no order is passed by the fourth respondent as on today, the fourth respondent shall consider the objections filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 07.03.2018 Note: Issue C.C in three days.
