THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2179 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 17.8.2016 passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Kurnool in Crl.M.P. No.1516 of 2016 in C.C. No.215 of 2015, whereby and wherein the request of the petitioners-A2 and A3 to return their passports and permit them to go to United Kingdom to assist their son was rejected.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners-A2 and A3 and the learned counsel for the second respondent-de facto complainant.

At the time of the arguments, learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that the criminal revision case may be disposed of, by directing the trial court to split up the case against A4 and dispose of C.C. No.215 of 2015 against A1 to A3 within a timeframe. They further submit that the petitioners and the second respondent will cooperate with the trial court in early disposal of C.C. No.215 of 2015 against A1 to A3. 4.

Having regard to the facts to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by both the counsel, the trial court is hereby directed to split up the case against A4 and dispose of C.C.No.215 of 2015 against A1 to A3 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the criminal revision case is dispose of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
