THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI WRIT PETITION NO.11208 OF 2000 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} None appears for the petitioner.

Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for the respondent-Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams, submits that the petitioner has raised an industrial dispute on the very same issue in ID.No.78 of 2004 before the Labour Court Ananthapur. The impugned proceedings is the order informing the petitioner that, mere inclusion in the select list, does not confer any right on him to claim absorption. As ID.No.78 of 2004, filed by the petitioner, is said to be pending before the Labour Court, Ananthapur, we see no reason to keep this Writ Petition pending on the file of this Court.

The Writ Petition is dismissed. Needless to state that the Labour Court shall examine the industrial dispute on its merits, uninfluenced by the observations made in this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
