ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent-Corporation in implementing the order dated 18-12-2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.35811 of 2014.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation reported that the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 18.12.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.35811 of 2014 and rejected vide order dated 16.03.2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of compliance of the said order passed by this Court on 18.12.2014 in W.P.No.35811 of 2014, the Contempt Case is closed. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order dated 16.03.2016, if he so desires. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
