THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.10433 OF 2016 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.8041 of 2016 by order dated 14.03.2016. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has not disputed the same.
The operative portion of the order dated 14.03.2016 in W.P.No.8041 of 2016 reads as follows:
"In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to receive the document presented by the petitioner, if submitted by the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of this order; and if the 4th respondent does not wish to register it, he shall pass an order, why he does not wish to register, under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 within a period of eight (08) weeks thereafter and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner."
Following the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
