Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive since during pendency of this writ petition the concerned authority has issued fresh driving school licence in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents.

Having regard thereto and considering the prayer made in the writ petition, I am satisfied that nothing further survives in the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
