THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR and THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.20578 of 2014 ORDER: (per SK, J) This writ petition was filed by the Andhra Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited assailing the sale notice published in the newspapers by State Bank of Hyderabad on 24.06.2014 and 28.06.2014 proposing to hold the auction sale on 01.08.2014.

No interim orders were passed in the writ petition. While so, it is now stated by Sri A. Krishnam Raju, learned panel counsel for the State Bank of Hyderabad, that the auction sale proposed to be held on 01.08.2014 did not materialize in an actual sale for want of bidders.

That being so, we are of the opinion that the challenge in this writ petition is rendered purely academic and does not warrant consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedies available in law

SK, J & GSP, J WP.No.20578 of 2014 as and when a fresh cause of action arises. All issues are left open.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
