The Assistant Government Pleader submits that Coromondal Employees Co-operative House Building Society/4th respondent though was prepared to be wound up through proceedings dated 05.05.2007, on the representations of members etc. orders have been passed reviving the Society, elections were conducted and the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

The statement of Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record.

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
