Bhosale) Learned counsel for the appellant, at the outset, submits that he is not receiving instructions from the appellant. He submits that the writ appeal stood dismissed for default against respondent No.1 by virtue of the order dated 12-11-2010. Respondent No.1 is the contesting respondent in the appeal. In view thereof, he submits that the writ appeal may be dismissed for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No costs.
