In view of the letter, dated 26-08-2015 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner herein to avail the other remedies available to him, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
