On the previous dates of adjournments i.e., 04.09.2015, 11.09.2015, 01.10.2015, 30.10.2015, 07.11.2015 and 23.11.2015, and today also when the matter was called in the forenoon session, there was no representation for the appellants. Again when called at 4.00 p.m., there is no representation for the appellants. Sri B.Devanand, learned counsel for respondent No.5, has represented the matter.

It appears, the appellants are not evincing interest to prosecute the instant appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the instant appeal, stand disposed of.
