ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 10.06.2015 in Election O.P.No.802 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Guntur.

After arguing the case, learned counsel for the petitioner requested for permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file a fresh Civil Revision Petition with proper grounds. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of Civil Revision Petition, CRP.MP.No.4979 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
