THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9135 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not receiving the demand drafts from the petitioner for lifting the essential commodities in respect of the Fair Price Shop No.5, Kattavaripalem Village and Post, Kondepi Mandal, Kandukuru Revenue Division, Prakasam District.

This Court by order dated 02.04.2015, while issuing notice before admission, directed the respondents to supply essential commodities by receiving the demand draft.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the said order the petitioner is continuing as Fair Price Shop dealer and receiving the essential commodities.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
