This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent in considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2016 submitted for mutation of his name in all the revenue records concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue(A.P.) for the respondents.

3. Since it is the duty of the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation, which is filed for mutation of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 27.02.2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
