O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they made representation through A.P. online through receipt Nos.Af1539693, AF1539697, AF1539688 dated 06.07.2016 requesting the respondents for mutation of their names in online records and in not issuing E-Pass Book as per their share through oral partition for an extent of 70 Cents in favour of 1st petitioner in Sy.Nos.759/2 for an extent of Ac.0.09 Cents, 759/6 for an extent of Ac.0.44 Cents & 760/4 for an extent of Ac.0.17 Cents, the 2nd petitioner got an extent of 72 Cents in Sy.No.759/2 for an extent of Ac.0.10 Cents, 759/6 for an extent of Ac.0.45 Cents & 760/4 for an extent of Ac.0.17 Cents, the 3rd petitioner got share an extent of Ac.351⁄2 Cents in Sy.Nos.759/2 for an extent of Ac.0.041⁄2 Cents, 759/6 for an extent of Ac.0.221⁄2 Cents & 760/4 for an extent of Ac.0.

081⁄2 Cents and the 4th respondent got her share an extent of Ac.351⁄2 Cents for an extent of Ac.0.041⁄2 Cents, 759/6 for an extent of Ac.0.221⁄2 Cents & 760/4 for an extent of Ac.0.081⁄2 Cents of dry lands situated in Railway Kodur(West), YSR Kadapa District. But the respondents could not take any steps till today. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application made by the petitioners on 06.07.2016 is pending before the respondent authorities, it is for them to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioners on 06.07.2016 in accordance with law within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions

pending if any, shall stand closed.
