ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"..... to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction, preferably a Writ in the nature Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the Order dated 17.12.2015 made in O.A.No.6881 of 2015 on the file of the

Hon'ble Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad and quash the same."

At the hearing, learned counsel, representing the learned Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh appearing for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.13105 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
