HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.2706 of 2018 ORDER :

Undisputedly, whatever the concession of bail granted earlier was cancelled and even went upto Apex Court, the petitioner is unsuccessful against the cancellation. It is now for the subsequent event of alleged threatening of witnesses having obtained bail in the present crime No.60 of 2016 of Chowdepally Police Station.

Having regard to the above and from the First Information Report altered to the offences u/ sec.376(2)(a)(ii) of IPC also, there are no grounds to consider the concession of anticipatory bail. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed but remedy is left open to the petitioner to move for regular bail from earlier cancellation is not a bar if at all there are changed circumstances. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
