Petitioner/accused is seeking permission to travel abroad since the condition was imposed restricting his travel.

However, when questioned, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no application was filed in the lower Court seeking permission to travel abroad. In the said circumstances, initially petitioner was directed to approach the lower Court.

In view of the above, petitioner is directed to file an application showing the urgency to travel. In the event of filing such application, with the said prayer, the same shall be considered by the court below on conditions to be imposed.

Accordingly, interlocutory application is ordered.
