Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioners requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ against the subsisting or subsequently arise cause of action.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive writ against the subsisting or fresh cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
