The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has since been reinstated and posted to the Ramachandrapuram Depot of the respondent Corporation at East Godavari.

Hence, no further orders are needed to be passed except reiterating the orders, which already passed and also directing the respondent Corporation to finalize the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner as early as is possible, at any rate within the next three months period.

With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage, but however, without costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of.
