This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 22.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.59 of 2016 in O.S.No.39 of 2008 on the file of the Court of VII Additional District Judge, Madanapalle. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
