Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that the respondents 2 to 4 are not taking any action on the complaint dt.17.08.2016 sent to the respondents to by registered post with acknowledgement due.

Since the contents of the complaint dt.17.08.2016 lodged by the petitioner with the respondents 2 to 4 disclose commission of a cognizable offence, respondents 2 to 4 are directed to register an FIR, conduct investigation and file an appropriate final report before the competent Criminal Court, expeditiously.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
