The prayer made in the writ petition reads thus: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Honourable Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents herein in allotting work orders relating to civil, signage, electrical, temporary illumination, land scaping and chemical cleaning work at Saidanima Tomb, Paigah Tomb, Badeshahi Ashoor Khana, A.P. State Museum, Qutub Shahi Tombs, inspite of notice dated 03.09.

A bare perusal of the prayer shows that it is vague. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned work orders were issued in the year 2010 for the limited period and that period got over long back.

We are not inclined to examine the contention of the petitioner in the light of the fact that work orders were issued in 2010 and the work for which, they were issued, got over long back.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, shall also stand closed.
