JUDGMENT:

This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 16.03.2006 in O.S.No.91 of 2002 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam. Sri V.Ravinder Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed a letter, dated 27.04.2015, to the Registry, wherein he has stated that his clients have instructed him to withdraw the appeal.

At the hearing, Sri V.Ravinder Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, has reiterated the aforesaid request.

In view of the above, the request of the learned counsel for the appellants is accepted.
