SMT JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5116 of 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to call for the records relating to Crime No.33 of 2013 of Dindi Police Station, Nalgonda, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC, and quash the same.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor filed a Memo, dated 10.05.2016, stating that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is also filed.

In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is closed and the petitioner/A.2 can file an appropriate application before the Court below seeking for discharge and raise all the contentions before the Court below.

Miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
