THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue any appropriate Writ, order or direction, preferably a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent authorities allegedly preparing (not approved) comprehensive layout on 25-12-1984 and sanctioning building permission on the basis of the comprehensive layout bearing Permit No. 19505/DC/NZ/Cir-18/2012, dated 2401-2013, in favour of 3rd respondent in a open space earmarked for public in Sanjeevaiah Nagar Cooperative House Building Society in Sy.No.221 of Lalapet, Secunderabad, as

illegal, arbitrary, mala fide, intentional, without any authority and contrary to the settled law and consequently set aside the same as illegal and further direct the 2nd respondent authorities to keep the open space as it is by demolishing the partly raised structure by the 3rd respondent."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dt.13.10.2015 shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P. No.37590 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V.
