Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Telangana) for respondents.

2. In this Writ Petition the petitioner questions the order of 3rd respondent dt.29.10.2015 suspending the Fair Price Shop dealership authorization of petitioner.

3. Admittedly, a show-cause notice for cancellation of the said Fair Price Shop authorization was issued to petitioner by 3rd respondent on 29.10.2015, and the petitioner had also submitted her explanation to the same.

4. Having regard to the said facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry into the allegations made against petitioner pursuant to the show-cause notice dt.29.10.2015 within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The suspension of petitioner shall be subject to the result of the said enquiry.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
