THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.810 of 2012 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, except on the first date of hearing i.e., on 11.06.2012, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner till date in this matter.

However, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent informs the Court that the 1st respondent is complying with the orders passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, and paying maintenance as awarded.

There is no rebuttal to contradict the above said statement. 4.

From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
