.....Respondent(s) Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to construct the compound wall even after issuance of the Physical Possession Certificate dt.13-03-2015 issued by the 3rd respondent vide No.A/504/2015 dt.13-03-2015 in Sy.No.266/AA an extent of 1397 sq. yards situated at Makthal village and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District having boundaries of North: House of Chakali Srinu S.o Mallappa, South: House of Venkateshwar Reddy, East: Road and West: plot of Dasari Pandu.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI D LPANDU Advocate for the Petitioner and G.P for Revenue for the Respondent No. 1 to 3 and the Court made the following.
3rd respondent-Tahsildar, Makthal Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District shall file an affidavit under what authority he had issued a physical possession certificate, dated: 13.03.2015 in favour of the petitioner. Such affidavit shall be filed on or before 06.04.2015, failing which, contempt proceedings will be issued against him. Post on 08.04.2015.
