This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC challenging the order dated 27.3.2012 in E.A. No.789 of 2011 in E.P. No.157 of 2009 in O.S. No.165 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ongole.

As per the Office note, E.P. No.157 of 2009 was disposed of on 21.12.2016. Learned counsel for both parties, in one voice, submitted that the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note and also the submissions made by both parties, the purpose of filing of revision petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
