It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.531 of 2012 on the file of the Spl.Sessions Judge for SC/ST(POA) Act-cumAdditional District & Sessions Judge, R.R.District, out of which this CMA arises, itself was dismissed on 28.08.2019 by the said Court and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
