Heard both sides.

It is not in controversy that an identical issue relating to Sy.No.74/7 of Industrial Park, Auto Nagar, Tirupathi, came up for consideration in W.P.No.19479 of 2013, wherein this Court by order, dated 08-07-2013, has already considered the issue with reference to earlier orders. In view of that, this writ petition is also disposed of with similar direction as extracted below:- "For reasons alike as were mentioned in the order dated 25.07.2012 passed by this Court in W.P. No.22642 of 2012, this writ petition is allowed directing the 04t h respondent to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject plots. In the event the said documents are found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the 04th respondent shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure." The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
